Michael Fritchman, CPA
For over 10 years, Michael has been providing quality, personalized tax and financial advice to local and global individuals and businesses. His journey in the world of tax planning and advisory began with a clear vision: to offer comprehensive, client-centric tax solutions that not only ensure compliance but also optimize financial outcomes and accounts for the values of the client.
Outside of his role as an advisor, he is husband to his beautiful wife and father to his three precious children. Michael is native to Lancaster, Pennsylvania and a transplant to Fredericksburg, Virginia. He loves international travel, experiencing new cuisines, exploring his town, and hosting guests for meals. He looks forward to getting to know his clients in the advising process.

Wade Holcomb, MBA
For more than a decade, Wade has been a catalyst for growth across organizations of every kind—from global NGOs to fast‑moving entrepreneurial ventures. He brings clarity, momentum, and seasoned judgment to teams that are ready to level up, approaching each challenge with a blend of enthusiasm, structure, and grounded practicality.
While directing business development initiatives across the Middle East, Wade earned his MBA from Regent University, further sharpening the strategic and operational instincts that define his work today.
He’s at his best when he’s coaching others and building environments where people can do their most meaningful work. When he’s not championing clients or supporting his team, he’s focused on what matters most: time with family and close friends. Outside the office, you’ll likely find him underwater with a scuba tank, immersed in a great book, or exploring new corners of the world.
